Refund policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags must be attached.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact us at hiddaha@outlook.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Our team will provide instructions on how to send back your item.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hiddaha@outlook.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
